Salvadori Celebrates Simone Faggioli’s Overall Podium at Pikes Peak 2026

A third-place finish in one of America’s most legendary motorsport challenges
Salvadori proudly celebrates Simone Faggioli’s overall podium finish at the 2026 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, one of the most iconic and demanding races in American motorsport.
The Florentine champion claimed third place overall behind the wheel of the Nova Proto NP01 ATM Bardahl on Pirelli tires, once again bringing Italian hill climb racing to the international spotlight. The Colorado week had started with outstanding promise. Faggioli delivered an exceptional performance throughout practice, setting impressive times across the mountain’s sections and securing pole position in the Unlimited category. During qualifying, he also set a new sector record for combustion-powered cars, confirming the strong potential of the project.
Race day, however, brought an unexpected challenge. Technical issues affected the car’s performance from the early sections of the course, preventing Faggioli from matching the pace shown during practice and qualifying. Despite the setback, Simone relied on his experience, determination and extraordinary driving skills to complete the climb in 8:32.997, earning the third step of the overall podium alongside race winner Romain Dumas and Robin Shute.
For Salvadori, standing alongside Simone Faggioli at Pikes Peak means supporting a project built on passion, precision, performance and the courage to take on world-class challenges. These are values that belong to motorsport, but also reflect the spirit of an Italian company with a strong international vision.
The 2026 edition of Pikes Peak ends with an important result on one of the world’s toughest courses: over 12 miles of road, 156 turns and a finish line at more than 14,000 feet above sea level. This podium confirms Faggioli’s talent, the strength of the team and the competitiveness of an ambitious technical project. Salvadori is proud to have supported this American challenge and to see its name alongside a champion who continues to represent Italian excellence around the world.
