🥩 Beef Carpaccio with Arugula and Parmesan

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
  • About 7 oz (200 g) thinly sliced beef carpaccio
  • 1¾ oz (50 g) fresh arugula
  • 1 oz (30 g) shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 2 tablespoons Villa Antica EVOO
  • A few drops of fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
  • On a flat serving plate, arrange the beef slices in a single layer, slightly overlapping.
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to enhance the natural flavor of the raw beef. Add a pinch of flaky salt and a grind of black pepper.
  • Place the arugula in the center and top with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano. If you like, finish with a few drops of fresh lemon juice for a citrusy touch.
