ISO 9001:2015

The ISO 9001 standard is the global reference for companies implementing a Quality Management System (QMS). Internationally recognized, this certification confirms that Salvadori has adopted a system capable of managing and improving its performance, satisfying customer expectations, and demonstrating its commitment to quality.

BRCGS for Food Safety

The BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standard) for Food Safety is an internationally recognized protocol for food product safety. Its goal is to ensure the quality and safety of food distributed by suppliers and large-scale retailers (GDO).

Organic Products

Oleificio Salvadori is certified by Bioagricert, accredited by the EU as a Control and Certification Body (code IT BIO 007). Within the EU, organic farming is regulated under EU Regulation 848/2018 and its subsequent amendments.

IFS Food Higher Level

The IFS (International Food Standard) facilitates the effective selection of food suppliers for private labels based on their ability to supply safe products that comply with both legal requirements and contractual specifications. Recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), it is an internationally acknowledged benchmark.

USDA NOP (National Organic Program)

The National Organic Program (NOP) governs organic product production and labeling in the United States, managed by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture). Salvadori is certified by Bioagricert, one of the USDA-recognized control bodies.

RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil)

RSPO certifies palm oil, palm kernel oil, and their derivatives. This certification ensures and promotes products made from palm oil sourced from plantations managed according to strict environmental and social sustainability criteria. RSPO is the leading global sustainability standard for palm oil.

V - Label Vegan

The V-Label Vegan certification is an internationally recognized trademark that ensures the complete absence of animal-derived ingredients. Promoted by V-Label International, it guarantees transparency, reliability, and compliance with vegan ethical standards. It is a symbol of quality and commitment to a sustainable, cruelty-free lifestyle.

OU Kosher

Kosher certification is the approval seal issued by a rabbinical agency that verifies product ingredients, production facilities, and manufacturing processes (including equipment and tools). The Kosher Certified symbol assures consumers that the product complies fully with Kosher dietary laws.

Halal Italia

Halal certification ensures that products comply with Islamic dietary laws. It is a quality, supply chain, and product certification. In the food sector, Halal certification guarantees that food products comply not only with Italian and EU hygiene and safety regulations but also with the preparation rules set by Sharia law.
